Where is my refund?

Refunds and Cancellations

Updated
Updated: 6 September 2026

If a refund has been approved for your order, you can ask us to check its current status and we'll tell you exactly what our records show.

Two states often get confused, and the difference matters:

  • Approved — the refund has been agreed, but the money has not necessarily moved yet.
  • Processed — we have sent it back toward your original payment method.

How long does it take? There is no fixed timeline, and we won't invent one. Refund timing depends on the organizer authorising and funding it, your payment provider, your bank, card scheme rules, currency conversion, any fraud or identity review, and public holidays. Once it has left our side, how quickly it appears is up to your bank.

Refunds normally go back to the original payment method. If that card is closed or expired, tell us — that case needs a person to look at it.
