IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Ticket Sales and Purchase Policy governs the purchase, sale, delivery, possession, transfer and use of Tickets, and the purchase of related products or services through Nextkt.

This document is separate from, and should be read together with, the Platform's:

By purchasing, receiving, holding, transferring or using a Ticket through the Platform, you agree to this Ticket Sales and Purchase Policy.

The Platform is a ticketing intermediary and technology provider. The Platform is not the organizer, promoter, venue operator, artist, performer, producer or operator of the Event, unless expressly stated in writing.

1. DEFINITIONS

In this Ticket Sales and Purchase Policy:

"Attendee" means any person who attends, attempts to attend, enters or attempts to enter an Event using a Ticket.

"Buyer" means the person who purchases a Ticket through the Platform.

"Customer" means a Buyer, Attendee, ticket holder, guest, transferee, recipient or other person who purchases, receives, possesses, transfers or uses a Ticket.

"Event" means any concert, festival, club night, conference, exhibition, show, performance, attraction, sports event, cultural event, private event or other activity listed, promoted, sold or distributed through the Platform.

"Event Organizer" or "Organizer" means the promoter, venue, producer, artist representative, agency, event owner, rights holder or other person responsible for organizing, presenting, operating or delivering the Event.

"Event Page" means the page on the Platform where an Event is listed or made available for purchase.

"Extras" means non-ticket items or services sold together with or separately from Tickets, including merchandise, parking, food and beverage packages, VIP upgrades, memberships, insurance, travel products, table packages, hospitality, add-ons or other associated products.

"Fees" means service fees, booking fees, platform fees, processing fees, delivery fees, facility fees, administrative fees, instalment fees, currency fees, chargeback fees or other charges applied to a purchase.

"Order Confirmation" means the confirmation page, email, receipt, in-account confirmation or other confirmation generated after a purchase is accepted.

"Platform" means Nextkt, including its website, mobile application, checkout system, ticketing tools, organizer dashboard, scanning system, APIs and related services.

"Platform Operator", "we", "us" or "our" means Kisum Pte. Ltd..

"Ticket" means a ticket, registration, QR code, barcode, pass, wristband, credential, confirmation, digital token, mobile ticket, PDF ticket, access code or other evidence of permission to attend an Event.

"Venue" means the location, facility, club, stadium, arena, hall, theatre, field, site or other place where an Event is held.


2. SCOPE OF THIS PURCHASE POLICY

This Purchase Policy applies to:

  1. All Ticket purchases made through the Platform;
  2. All free and paid Tickets issued through the Platform;
  3. All Ticket holders, whether original Buyers or later recipients;
  4. All Ticket transfers supported by the Platform;
  5. All Extras purchased through the Platform;
  6. All digital, mobile, PDF, physical, will-call or other Ticket formats;
  7. All purchases made through websites, mobile applications, embedded checkouts, organizer links, sales pages or authorized Platform channels.

This Purchase Policy does not apply to Tickets purchased outside the Platform, except to the extent a Ticket originally issued through the Platform is later transferred or used.


3. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PURCHASE POLICY

By clicking "Buy", "Pay", "Purchase", "Confirm", "Register", "Reserve", "Complete Order" or any similar button, or by purchasing, receiving, holding, transferring or using a Ticket, you agree to this Purchase Policy.

If you purchase Tickets on behalf of another person, company, group or guest, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that those persons will comply with this Purchase Policy.

The original Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all guests, recipients and Attendees using Tickets under the Buyer's order understand and comply with this Purchase Policy and all Event rules.


4. PLATFORM ROLE IN TICKET SALES

The Platform provides ticketing technology and payment facilitation services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  1. The Platform sells or facilitates Ticket sales on behalf of the Organizer;
  2. The Platform does not organize, produce, operate or control the Event;
  3. The Platform does not set all Event rules, entry policies or operational decisions;
  4. The Platform does not guarantee that any Event will occur;
  5. The Platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, content or performance of an Event;
  6. The Platform may act as limited payment collection agent for the Organizer;
  7. The Organizer remains responsible for the Event and Event-related obligations.

Payment made through the Platform may be treated as payment to the Organizer for purposes of completing the Ticket purchase.


5. ORGANIZER AND VENUE RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer and/or Venue are responsible for:

  1. Event operation;
  2. Event schedule;
  3. Venue access;
  4. Seating or standing arrangements;
  5. Crowd management;
  6. Security;
  7. Health and safety procedures;
  8. Age restrictions;
  9. Dress codes;
  10. Prohibited items;
  11. Accessibility arrangements;
  12. Artist, performer, speaker or participant appearance;
  13. Refund authorization, except where law requires otherwise;
  14. Event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or relocation;
  15. Delivery of Extras, VIP benefits or Event-specific promises.

The Platform is not liable for the Organizer's or Venue's acts, omissions, decisions, delays, failures or breaches.


6. TICKET AVAILABILITY

All Tickets are subject to availability.

Tickets may sell out quickly. Availability displayed on the Platform is not guaranteed until your order is completed and confirmed.

Ticket inventory may change because of:

  1. Real-time purchases by other users;
  2. Organizer allocation decisions;
  3. Venue holds;
  4. Production holds;
  5. Sponsor holds;
  6. Artist holds;
  7. Presales;
  8. System errors;
  9. Fraud review;
  10. Ticket release schedules.

The Platform is not responsible if Tickets are unavailable, sold out or removed before your purchase is completed.


7. TICKET TYPES AND CATEGORIES

Tickets may be offered in different categories, including:

  1. General admission;
  2. Reserved seating;
  3. Standing area;
  4. Early bird;
  5. Presale;
  6. VIP;
  7. VVIP;
  8. Meet-and-greet;
  9. Table packages;
  10. Group tickets;
  11. Student tickets;
  12. Concession tickets;
  13. Accessible seating;
  14. Complimentary tickets;
  15. Invitation tickets;
  16. Promotional tickets;
  17. Membership tickets;
  18. Fan club tickets;
  19. Sponsor tickets;
  20. Waitlist tickets.

Each Ticket category may have different prices, rules, benefits, access areas, entry requirements and refund restrictions.

The Buyer must review the Ticket category carefully before purchase.


8. TICKET RESTRICTIONS

Tickets may be subject to restrictions, including:

  1. Age restrictions;
  2. ID verification;
  3. Name matching;
  4. Non-transferability;
  5. Resale restrictions;
  6. Restricted view;
  7. Obstructed view;
  8. Side view;
  9. Limited access areas;
  10. Dress code;
  11. Entry time windows;
  12. No re-entry;
  13. Venue-specific requirements;
  14. Organizer-specific requirements;
  15. Local law restrictions.

Restrictions may be displayed during checkout, on the Event Page, on the Ticket, in Event communications, or through Organizer/Venue rules.

The Platform is not responsible if you or your guest are refused entry because you failed to comply with applicable restrictions.


9. TICKET LIMITS

The Platform or Organizer may limit the number of Tickets that may be purchased:

  1. Per order;
  2. Per Account;
  3. Per person;
  4. Per email address;
  5. Per phone number;
  6. Per payment method;
  7. Per billing address;
  8. Per household;
  9. Per device;
  10. Per IP address;
  11. Per company or business entity;
  12. Per sales phase;
  13. Per Event.

Using multiple Accounts, names, devices, payment methods or other methods to bypass Ticket limits is prohibited.

If the Platform determines that Ticket limits have been exceeded or bypassed, the Platform may cancel some or all orders without notice and may restrict future purchases.


10. PRICING

Ticket prices are generally set by the Organizer, not by the Platform.

The total amount payable may include:

  1. Ticket face value;
  2. Platform Fees;
  3. Service fees;
  4. Booking fees;
  5. Payment processing fees;
  6. Facility fees;
  7. Delivery fees;
  8. Taxes;
  9. Currency conversion costs;
  10. Other applicable charges.

Prices displayed before checkout are not guaranteed until your order is processed and confirmed.

The Platform is not required to provide price matching, price adjustments, credits or refunds if prices later increase or decrease.


11. FEES, CHARGES AND TAXES

Fees and taxes may be added to the Ticket price.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable Fees, taxes and charges shown or calculated at checkout.

Some Fees may be retained by the Platform, Organizer, Venue, payment providers or other service providers.

Fees may not correspond exactly to the cost of processing, delivering or providing a service and may include profit or margin, where permitted by law.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, Fees are non-refundable.


12. CURRENCY AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply:

  1. Exchange rates;
  2. Foreign transaction fees;
  3. Currency conversion fees;
  4. Cross-border fees;
  5. Other bank charges.

The Platform is not responsible for exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees or currency conversion losses.

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount may differ from the original amount in your local currency because of exchange rate changes or bank fees.


13. DYNAMIC PRICING AND PRICE CHANGES

Ticket prices may change at any time before purchase is completed.

Prices may change due to:

  1. Sales phase;
  2. Demand;
  3. Inventory availability;
  4. Organizer pricing decisions;
  5. Promotions;
  6. Dynamic pricing;
  7. Currency changes;
  8. System updates;
  9. Tax or fee changes.

The Platform does not guarantee that a price viewed earlier will remain available later.

No refund or credit is owed if a Ticket is later offered at a lower price.


14. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND VOUCHERS

Promotional codes, discounts, vouchers, credits or special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  1. Expiration dates;
  2. Event restrictions;
  3. Quantity limits;
  4. Territory limits;
  5. Minimum spend requirements;
  6. One-time use;
  7. Non-transferability;
  8. Exclusion of Fees or taxes;
  9. Non-cash redemption;
  10. Account eligibility.

Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time where permitted by law.

If a promotion is misused, the Platform may cancel orders, deactivate vouchers, suspend Accounts or recover amounts improperly obtained.


15. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE

Before completing a purchase, the Buyer must carefully review:

  1. Event name;
  2. Organizer;
  3. Venue;
  4. Date;
  5. Time;
  6. Ticket category;
  7. Seat, section, table or area;
  8. Quantity;
  9. Price;
  10. Fees;
  11. Taxes;
  12. Currency;
  13. Age restriction;
  14. Entry requirements;
  15. Refund rules;
  16. Transfer rules;
  17. Delivery method;
  18. Buyer name;
  19. Email address;
  20. Phone number;
  21. Payment details.

The Buyer is responsible for mistakes made during checkout.

Except where required by law, mistakes made by the Buyer do not entitle the Buyer to a refund, exchange or cancellation.


16. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT

Some purchases may require an Account.

You are responsible for:

  1. Keeping Account credentials secure;
  2. Providing accurate Account information;
  3. Updating contact details;
  4. Checking your Account for Tickets and updates;
  5. Preventing unauthorized access;
  6. Not sharing login details with others.

The Platform may cancel or restrict purchases if Account information is false, incomplete, suspicious or cannot be verified.


17. CHECKOUT PROCESS

A Ticket is not reserved or purchased merely because it appears in your cart, basket, selection screen or checkout page.

Your purchase is not complete until:

  1. Required information is submitted;
  2. Payment is authorized and accepted;
  3. Fraud and security checks are passed;
  4. The Platform accepts the order;
  5. An Order Confirmation is issued or displayed.

The Platform may remove Tickets from your cart or release them for sale if checkout is not completed within the required time.


18. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are authorized to use the payment method;
  2. Payment details are true and accurate;
  3. Billing information is correct;
  4. The payment method is not stolen or fraudulently obtained;
  5. You authorize the Platform or its payment providers to charge the full amount shown at checkout;
  6. You authorize additional charges where clearly disclosed, such as instalments, delivery charges, payment plan fees or failed payment fees.

If payment is later declined, reversed or disputed, the Platform may cancel the order and Tickets.


19. PAYMENT VERIFICATION AND FRAUD SCREENING

Orders may be subject to verification and fraud screening.

The Platform may verify:

  1. Billing name;
  2. Billing address;
  3. Card details;
  4. Email address;
  5. Phone number;
  6. IP address;
  7. Device information;
  8. Purchase behavior;
  9. Identity documents;
  10. Payment method ownership;
  11. Sanctions or compliance risk.

The Platform may delay, refuse or cancel orders that fail verification or appear suspicious.

The Platform is not liable if Tickets are released to another customer after an order is refused, cancelled or not completed.


20. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After a successful purchase, the Platform may provide an Order Confirmation by:

  1. Confirmation page;
  2. Email;
  3. SMS;
  4. Mobile app;
  5. User Account;
  6. Receipt;
  7. Other electronic communication.

You must check your Order Confirmation promptly.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation, you must check your Account and contact support. Non-receipt of an Order Confirmation does not necessarily mean the order failed.

The Platform is not liable for losses caused by your incorrect assumption that an order was or was not placed.

Once an Order Confirmation is issued, your purchase is final unless this Purchase Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.


21. ERRORS DURING PURCHASE

The Platform may cancel, correct, refuse or reverse orders affected by errors, including:

  1. Incorrect pricing;
  2. Incorrect inventory;
  3. Incorrect seat allocation;
  4. Incorrect Ticket category;
  5. Incorrect Event information;
  6. Incorrect fees or taxes;
  7. Checkout malfunction;
  8. Duplicate order;
  9. Payment processing error;
  10. Ticket delivery error;
  11. Refund processing error;
  12. Unauthorized early access to sales.

If an error is discovered, the Platform may:

  1. Cancel the order and refund the amount paid;
  2. Offer the Buyer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or terms;
  3. Issue substitute Tickets of comparable value where available;
  4. Take any other action reasonably necessary to correct the error.

The Platform is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses caused by purchase errors.


22. TICKET DELIVERY METHODS

Ticket delivery methods may vary by Event and may include:

  1. Mobile ticket;
  2. App ticket;
  3. QR code;
  4. Barcode;
  5. PDF ticket;
  6. Email delivery;
  7. Digital wallet;
  8. Print-at-home ticket;
  9. Box office collection;
  10. Will call;
  11. Courier delivery;
  12. Postal delivery;
  13. Wristband collection;
  14. Physical credential;
  15. Venue pickup.

Available delivery methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated after purchase.

The Platform may change the delivery method for security, operational or Organizer reasons.


23. DIGITAL TICKETS, QR CODES AND BARCODES

Digital Tickets may contain QR codes, barcodes or other unique identifiers.

The first valid scan may be accepted as the valid use of the Ticket.

You are responsible for:

  1. Keeping digital Tickets secure;
  2. Not sharing screenshots;
  3. Not posting Tickets online;
  4. Ensuring your phone has battery;
  5. Ensuring your screen is readable;
  6. Downloading or accessing Tickets before arrival;
  7. Bringing valid ID where required;
  8. Using the correct app or wallet where required.

The Platform is not liable if a Ticket is copied, shared, stolen, used by another person or refused because it was already scanned.


24. WILL CALL, BOX OFFICE AND PHYSICAL COLLECTION

For some Events, Tickets may need to be collected at the Venue, box office, will call desk or another collection point.

You may be required to present:

  1. Order Confirmation;
  2. Government-issued photo ID;
  3. Payment card used for purchase;
  4. Account confirmation;
  5. Authorization letter, where permitted;
  6. Other documents required by the Organizer or Venue.

Failure to provide required documents may result in refusal of Ticket collection without refund.

Collection times, locations and procedures are determined by the Organizer or Venue and may change.


25. NON-DELIVERY OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

You are responsible for confirming that you have received or can access your Tickets before the Event.

You must contact support promptly if:

  1. You do not receive Tickets;
  2. You cannot access your Account;
  3. Your Ticket appears incorrect;
  4. Your QR code or barcode is unavailable;
  5. Delivery information is wrong;
  6. Physical delivery fails;
  7. Tickets are not available close to the Event.

If you fail to notify us within a reasonable time before the Event, the Platform may be unable to assist and will not be liable for resulting losses.

The Platform is not liable for delivery failure caused by incorrect email, incorrect address, spam filters, device issues, mail provider issues, unavailable recipient, failed collection or Buyer delay.


26. LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR COMPROMISED TICKETS

The Platform is not responsible for Tickets that are:

  1. Lost;
  2. Stolen;
  3. Deleted;
  4. Damaged;
  5. Misplaced;
  6. Shared;
  7. Screenshotted;
  8. Copied;
  9. Forwarded;
  10. Posted online;
  11. Accessed through a compromised email or Account.

Duplicate or replacement Tickets may not always be available.

Replacement is at the discretion of the Platform, Organizer and/or Venue and may require identity verification, proof of purchase and payment of administrative fees.


27. TICKET VALIDITY AND REVOCABLE LICENSE

A Ticket is a revocable license to attend the relevant Event, subject to:

  1. This Purchase Policy;
  2. Platform Terms and Conditions;
  3. Event-specific rules;
  4. Organizer rules;
  5. Venue rules;
  6. Applicable law.

A Ticket is valid only for the Event, date, time, venue, seat, section, area or category stated on the Ticket or as changed under this Purchase Policy.

The Organizer, Venue or Platform may revoke the license where permitted by law, including for fraud, breach of terms, safety reasons or invalid purchase.


28. USE OF TICKETS

Tickets may be used only for personal, lawful and non-commercial admission to the Event.

Tickets may not be:

  1. Altered;
  2. Copied;
  3. Reproduced;
  4. Sold unlawfully;
  5. Used for advertising;
  6. Used for promotions;
  7. Used in contests;
  8. Used in sweepstakes;
  9. Used as prizes;
  10. Bundled with products or services;
  11. Used for unauthorized hospitality packages;
  12. Used to imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

The Platform and Organizer may cancel Tickets used in breach of this section without refund.


29. TICKET TRANSFERS

Ticket transfers may be allowed or restricted depending on the Event.

If transfers are enabled, they may be subject to:

  1. Transfer deadlines;
  2. Transfer fees;
  3. Identity verification;
  4. Platform-only transfer tools;
  5. Organizer approval;
  6. Limits on number of transfers;
  7. Restrictions on certain Ticket types or Extras;
  8. Cancellation of previous barcodes when a transfer is accepted.

The recipient of a transferred Ticket may not have the same refund or support rights as the original Buyer.

Unless stated otherwise, refunds and credits are issued only to the original Buyer and original payment method.


30. NAME CHANGES

Name changes may be allowed only where enabled by the Platform or Organizer.

Name changes may require:

  1. Payment of a fee;
  2. Completion before a deadline;
  3. Proof of purchase;
  4. Identity verification;
  5. Organizer approval;
  6. Reissue of Tickets.

A name change does not guarantee entry if the Attendee fails to meet other Event conditions.

The Platform may refuse name changes where fraud, resale abuse or policy violations are suspected.


31. RESALE AND UNAUTHORIZED RESALE

Tickets may not be resold unless resale is expressly permitted by the Organizer, Platform and applicable law.

Where resale is permitted, resale may be subject to:

  1. Price caps;
  2. Face value restrictions;
  3. Transfer restrictions;
  4. Platform-only resale tools;
  5. Local licensing rules;
  6. Tax obligations;
  7. Disclosure requirements;
  8. Prohibition on misleading listings.

Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation of the Ticket without refund.

The Platform is not responsible for Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party marketplaces, brokers, private sellers, social media, scalpers or unofficial channels.


32. VOID TICKETS

A Ticket may be void if it is:

  1. Counterfeit;
  2. Duplicated;
  3. Altered;
  4. Damaged;
  5. Obtained fraudulently;
  6. Purchased with a stolen payment method;
  7. Subject to a chargeback;
  8. Cancelled or refunded;
  9. Resold unlawfully;
  10. Purchased in breach of Ticket limits;
  11. Transferred in breach of rules;
  12. Used for unauthorized promotion;
  13. Issued in error.

Void Tickets are not valid for entry and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

A person attempting to use a void Ticket may be refused entry or removed from the Venue.


33. EVENT-SPECIFIC RULES

Each Event may have its own rules imposed by the Organizer, Venue, artist, security provider, production team or authority.

Event-specific rules may relate to:

  1. Age restrictions;
  2. Entry times;
  3. Dress code;
  4. ID checks;
  5. Bag policy;
  6. Prohibited items;
  7. Re-entry;
  8. Photography;
  9. Recording;
  10. Alcohol;
  11. Smoking;
  12. Health measures;
  13. Accessibility;
  14. VIP access;
  15. Seating;
  16. Refund deadlines.

You must comply with all Event-specific rules.

The Platform is not responsible if you fail to review or comply with Event-specific rules.


34. EVENT CHANGES

Events may be changed by the Organizer, Venue, authorities or other third parties.

Changes may include:

  1. Date;
  2. Time;
  3. Venue;
  4. Door opening time;
  5. Running order;
  6. Line-up;
  7. Artist;
  8. Speaker;
  9. Program;
  10. Seating layout;
  11. Stage position;
  12. Capacity;
  13. Entry procedure;
  14. Health and safety requirements.

The Platform has no control over Event changes and is not liable for them.


35. OPENING ACTS, LINE-UPS, PROGRAMS AND PARTICIPANTS

Opening acts, support acts, DJs, undercards, festival line-ups, speakers, participants, teams, cast members, performers, guests and schedules may change without notice.

Unless required by law or specifically approved by the Organizer, changes to opening acts, support acts, festival line-ups, non-headline performers, participants, running order or program content do not entitle you to a refund, credit or exchange.

The Platform is not responsible for artist, performer, speaker or participant non-appearance, delay, shortened performance or substitution.


36. SEATING, LAYOUT AND VENUE CHANGES

Venue maps and seating charts are for guidance and may change.

The Organizer or Venue may change:

  1. Seat numbers;
  2. Rows;
  3. Sections;
  4. Table layouts;
  5. Standing zones;
  6. Stage position;
  7. Sightlines;
  8. Production holds;
  9. Capacity;
  10. Access routes;
  11. VIP areas.

Where possible, comparable seating or access may be provided.

A change in seating, layout or venue map does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law or approved by the Organizer.


37. CANCELLED EVENTS

If an Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the Organizer determines the applicable refund, credit or replacement policy, subject to applicable law.

The Platform may process refunds only if:

  1. The Organizer authorizes the refund;
  2. The Platform receives sufficient funds from the Organizer;
  3. Applicable law requires the Platform to do so;
  4. The refund request satisfies required procedures and deadlines.

If funds have already been paid to the Organizer, the Platform may not be able to issue refunds until funds are returned by the Organizer.

The Platform is not responsible for the Organizer's failure or delay in funding refunds, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.


38. POSTPONED, RESCHEDULED OR MOVED EVENTS

If an Event is postponed, rescheduled or moved, your Ticket will usually remain valid for the new date, time or venue unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

Refunds, credits or exchanges for postponed, rescheduled or moved Events are determined by the Organizer and may be subject to:

  1. Deadlines;
  2. Eligibility rules;
  3. Ticket category restrictions;
  4. Refund request procedures;
  5. Replacement ticket availability;
  6. Organizer funding;
  7. Applicable law.

If you do not request a refund or credit within the announced deadline, you may lose eligibility.

It is your responsibility to check Event status and updated Event details.


39. REFUNDS

All sales are final unless this Purchase Policy, the Organizer's approved policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

You are not entitled to a refund because of:

  1. Change of mind;
  2. Personal circumstances;
  3. Illness, unless law or Organizer policy provides otherwise;
  4. Travel problems;
  5. Visa problems;
  6. Transport delays;
  7. Late arrival;
  8. Failure to meet age or ID requirements;
  9. Failure to comply with dress code;
  10. Refusal of entry due to conduct;
  11. Inability to attend;
  12. Mistakes during purchase;
  13. Lost, stolen or damaged Tickets;
  14. Weather, unless Event is cancelled and refund approved;
  15. Change to opening acts or support line-up;
  16. Price reductions after purchase;
  17. Dissatisfaction with the Event.

Refunds are available only where required by law or expressly approved under the applicable Event policy.


40. NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNTS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following are non-refundable:

  1. Service fees;
  2. Booking fees;
  3. Platform fees;
  4. Payment processing fees;
  5. Delivery fees;
  6. Facility fees;
  7. Administrative fees;
  8. Instalment fees;
  9. Courier or postage charges;
  10. Currency conversion costs;
  11. Bank fees;
  12. Insurance premiums;
  13. Merchandise;
  14. Digital downloads;
  15. Fan club memberships;
  16. Hotel or travel packages;
  17. Customized products;
  18. VIP package components already delivered;
  19. Any other amounts stated as non-refundable at checkout.

This applies even where the Ticket face value is refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.


41. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

The Platform is not required to refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, person or payment method.

Refund timing may depend on:

  1. Organizer authorization;
  2. Organizer funding;
  3. Payment provider processing;
  4. Bank processing;
  5. Card scheme rules;
  6. Fraud checks;
  7. Identity verification;
  8. Event-specific procedures.

If the original payment method is unavailable, additional verification may be required and refund timing may be delayed.

The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment providers or incorrect Buyer information.


42. EXCHANGES AND CREDITS

Exchanges and credits may be offered only where approved by the Organizer or Platform.

They may be subject to:

  1. Availability;
  2. Deadlines;
  3. Fees;
  4. Ticket category limits;
  5. Equal or higher price requirements;
  6. Event restrictions;
  7. Non-transferability;
  8. Expiration dates;
  9. No cash redemption;
  10. No combination with other promotions.

Once a refund, credit or exchange request is submitted, it may be final and irreversible.

Credits may be issued by the Organizer rather than the Platform.


43. NON-TICKET PRODUCTS AND EXTRAS

Extras may be provided by the Organizer, Venue or third-party supplier.

The Platform is not responsible for the delivery, quality, availability, safety or performance of Extras unless expressly stated.

Extras may be non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to additional terms.

If you have questions or complaints about Extras, you may be directed to the Organizer or supplier.

Digital downloads, customized products, merchandise, memberships, insurance, hotel packages, travel products and VIP components may have separate refund rules.


44. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute to avoid this Purchase Policy, refund restrictions or Organizer policies.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  1. Your Tickets may be cancelled immediately;
  2. Your Account may be suspended;
  3. Future purchases may be blocked;
  4. Pending refunds may be delayed;
  5. The Platform may provide order, payment, delivery, transfer, scan and attendance records to payment providers;
  6. You may be liable for chargeback fees, recovery costs and legal costs where permitted by law.

If you attended the Event or used the Ticket and then file an improper chargeback, the Platform may take collection action or report suspected fraud.


45. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

Admission is subject to Organizer and Venue rules.

You may be required to:

  1. Present a valid Ticket;
  2. Present government-issued ID;
  3. Match the name on the Ticket, where required;
  4. Meet age restrictions;
  5. Pass security checks;
  6. Follow dress code;
  7. Comply with health and safety requirements;
  8. Arrive within required entry windows;
  9. Follow staff instructions;
  10. Comply with all applicable laws.

Possession of a Ticket does not guarantee admission.

The Platform is not liable if you are refused admission by the Organizer or Venue.


46. REFUSAL OF ENTRY OR REMOVAL

You may be refused entry or removed from an Event if you:

  1. Breach this Purchase Policy;
  2. Breach Event rules;
  3. Present an invalid or suspicious Ticket;
  4. Fail ID or age checks;
  5. Are intoxicated;
  6. Are under the influence of drugs;
  7. Behave aggressively or abusively;
  8. Harass others;
  9. Cause disruption;
  10. Possess prohibited items;
  11. Refuse search or screening;
  12. Enter restricted areas;
  13. Fail to follow staff instructions;
  14. Create a safety risk.

No refund is owed by the Platform where refusal or removal results from your conduct, non-compliance or failure to satisfy entry requirements.


47. LATE ARRIVAL AND DELAYED ENTRY

Late admission is not guaranteed.

The Organizer or Venue may admit latecomers only at a suitable break or may refuse entry entirely.

You are not entitled to a refund if you arrive late or miss part of the Event.

Delays in entry caused by queues, security screening, crowd control, weather, ticket checks, operational issues or Venue procedures do not entitle you to a refund, compensation or damages from the Platform.


48. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending an Event, you voluntarily assume risks associated with live events, including:

  1. Crowds;
  2. Loud noise;
  3. Lighting effects;
  4. Lasers;
  5. Smoke;
  6. Pyrotechnics;
  7. Special effects;
  8. Weather exposure;
  9. Physical movement;
  10. Alcohol consumption by others;
  11. Communicable diseases;
  12. Slips, trips or falls;
  13. Objects entering the audience area;
  14. Security incidents;
  15. Other risks incidental to live events.

The Platform is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft or damage occurring at or around an Event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You are responsible for considering whether an Event is suitable for you and your guests.


49. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND RECORDING

Events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, broadcast or recorded.

By attending an Event, you consent to the use of your image, voice, likeness, actions and appearance in connection with the Event for:

  1. Broadcast;
  2. Livestream;
  3. Security;
  4. Advertising;
  5. Marketing;
  6. Social media;
  7. Archival purposes;
  8. Commercial use;
  9. Promotional materials.

No compensation is payable to you for such use.

Unauthorized recording, filming or broadcasting by Attendees may be prohibited.


50. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONDUCT

The Organizer or Venue may prohibit items and conduct, including:

  1. Weapons;
  2. Illegal drugs;
  3. Fireworks;
  4. Outside alcohol;
  5. Glass containers;
  6. Professional cameras;
  7. Recording equipment;
  8. Drones;
  9. Laser pointers;
  10. Large bags;
  11. Animals, except service animals where required by law;
  12. Offensive signs;
  13. Unauthorized marketing materials;
  14. Unauthorized vending;
  15. Smoking outside designated areas;
  16. Blocking exits or aisles;
  17. Entering restricted areas.

Prohibited items may be confiscated or entry may be denied.

The Platform is not responsible for confiscated, lost, stolen or damaged property.


51. ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating is reserved for persons who require accessible features and their companions.

By purchasing accessible seating, you represent that you or a member of your party requires such seating.

Misuse of accessible seating may result in:

  1. Cancellation of Tickets;
  2. Relocation;
  3. Refusal of entry;
  4. Removal from the Event;
  5. Account restrictions;
  6. Legal action where permitted.

The Platform, Organizer and Venue may investigate suspected misuse.


52. BUYER COMMUNICATIONS

We may contact you using the information provided during purchase or in your Account.

Communications may include:

  1. Order confirmations;
  2. Ticket delivery notices;
  3. Event updates;
  4. Venue information;
  5. Refund instructions;
  6. Rescheduling notices;
  7. Security alerts;
  8. Support messages;
  9. Legal notices;
  10. Important policy updates.

You are responsible for keeping contact details current and checking email, spam folders, SMS and Account messages.

While we may attempt to notify you of Event changes, we cannot guarantee that you will receive every notice. You are responsible for checking Event status before attending.


53. PRIVACY

Personal Data collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.

We may share relevant purchase, Ticket and Attendee information with the Organizer, Venue, payment providers, fraud prevention providers and service providers for Event-related, payment-related, support, security, legal and operational purposes.

By purchasing Tickets, you acknowledge such processing and sharing.


54. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect damages;
  2. Consequential damages;
  3. Special damages;
  4. Punitive damages;
  5. Lost profits;
  6. Lost opportunity;
  7. Lost enjoyment;
  8. Emotional distress;
  9. Travel costs;
  10. Accommodation costs;
  11. Visa costs;
  12. Transport costs;
  13. Personal arrangements;
  14. Organizer decisions;
  15. Venue decisions;
  16. Event cancellation;
  17. Event postponement;
  18. Event relocation;
  19. Event changes;
  20. Refusal of entry;
  21. Personal injury or property loss at an Event;
  22. Third-party failures.

The Platform's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the Fees actually retained by the Platform for the affected purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.


55. NO LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL ARRANGEMENTS

You are solely responsible for all personal arrangements connected with attending an Event, including:

  1. Flights;
  2. Hotels;
  3. Visas;
  4. Transport;
  5. Parking;
  6. Meals;
  7. Childcare;
  8. Work arrangements;
  9. Travel insurance;
  10. Accommodation;
  11. Other expenses.

The Platform will not reimburse or compensate you for personal arrangements if an Event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, moved, delayed, changed or if you are refused entry.


56. CHANGES TO THIS PURCHASE POLICY

The Platform may update this Purchase Policy at any time.

The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless changes are required by law, relate to security, fraud prevention, operational updates or are otherwise legally permitted to apply immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the updated Purchase Policy.


57. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Purchase Policy shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer law or stated in Event-specific terms.

Disputes shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the Platform's Terms and Conditions.

Where permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective or representative action.

By completing this purchase, you agree to Nextkt's Ticket Sales and Purchase Policy, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Nextkt acts as a ticketing intermediary and is not the Event Organizer. All sales are final unless required by law or approved by the Organizer. Service, booking, processing, delivery and other fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Event date, time, venue, seating, line-up and entry rules may change. The Organizer and Venue control admission and Event operations.
